Fernando Terni (60) is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA from FGV and Kellogg University . He started his career at ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) and has held several positions in the Energy and Industrial sectors. He left ABB after 20 year as Vice President for Transmition and Distribution of Energy to take over, as CEO, the start-up of Intelig Telecom, a long-distance operator and internet provider (TIM Group). For five years, he was CEO of Nokia in Brazil and Senior VP for Latin America. The following two years he served as CEO of Grupo Schincariol (Heineken Group), a three billion USD enterprise in the beer & soft drink sector. In the last five years, he has been the CEO of Alliar, the third largest diagnostic centre in Brazil.
